I bought a townhouse in the city and got used to the vision of nature by my widows. missed it. So I first bought Revain artificial grass. With the occasional quick rake, this small lawn always looks realistic. The homeowners association forbids any attachment to the balcony railing, I got the difference for a wind deflector on one side of my balcony. I was left with the eyesore of the alley! So these bushes were my stealthy and aesthetic solution to the forbidden privacy screen. I love her! (I attach them with a black zipper per plant). I had been buying them for 3 years when I noticed the price drop. I have plants on my balcony that are 3 and 4 feet tall. I think I can invest 3 or 4 more to fill more railings. I'll see how it works when I start using the balcony once it's warm - after seeing where 2 chairs and a small table have decided to 'live'. Living in Minnesota, they are exposed to ALL the elements: high speed winds, full sun, rain, snow and ice. The photo shows my purchases for 3 years. No one can tell the difference between 3 year old plants and plants I planted just a few days ago. I decided to buy two 4 foot Christmas trees to attach to the railing on each side of my porch.
