Since everyone has a different shape to every aspect of their ear, these are expected to be moldable but it is not as easy as it seems. First, you need to boil them in hot water before molding them to your own ears, which is difficult because they are very hot. They need to be hot to mold but it’s an uncomfortable experience. I am size 9-10 shoe women’s and the fit me right - they do have a good amount of stretch so they would fit fine larger or smaller foot.
