The head/spout is one solid piece of metal, not a spindly little extension that is easily broken. Most soap dispensers have crappy little extensions. This one is solid , and is heavy for what it is. Of course, the working parts are still plastic, but I think there is no way around that.My only issue with it is that the head spins rather easily. There is little resistance to this spinning motion, and given its mass, it can impact the backsplash quite hard.

This is a heavy well made soap dispenser unlike the last two that fell apart by having the spout brake off. Dispense the soap by pushing on the top of the dispenser not the spout.

Used to replace previous soap dispenser, which broke too easily. Unfortunately the previous bottle, which had adequate capacity, did not have same thread as replacement dispenser.

It works well and is heavy duty, however it should include a 3' long supply line to use a 64 oz bottle of soap under the sink. I tried to buy one at the hardware store but it is difficult to find the right fit as air enters the line and reduces the pump action. Disappointed for this reason.

Updated our sink with new faucet and soap dispensers (one for dishwashing liquid, one for hand soap). Same all the other reviews but even more! I didn't realize what a piece of junk the one I had (that broke) was until I received and installed this one. It looks so nice, and much more 'functional' than the one I had meaning just one pump and soap dispenses seamlessly. Reasonably priced and worth every penny!

Bought this to replace one that had broken. This seems sturdy. The top is one piece so the little spout won't break off. Working well.

Very solid feel. Easy to install. Only thing I can think of to complain about is, the amount of soap dispensed with each push. It might be just right for some but I like just a small amount if washing my hands so I don’t have to rinse all that much soap off. It’s possible to get a small amount but you need to work at it a little.

I'm using this in conjunction with full bottle adapter. Works well. Looks like it may last a long time. Only time will tell.

When using with thick dish soap it works okay. It takes finesse to get less than a full squirt of soap.When you use dilute soap and haven't used the dispenser in a few hours, all soap falls back into the dispenser. Next time you want soap, you have to pump 3 times. I don't like that!

First installed soap dispenser was a bust, soap just doesn't come out well This one works beautifully I have one in northern home and one in Florida house.

It was worth paying few extra dollars for this soap dispenser. The top of the pump is one piece of metal (very heavy I might add) the rest is just standard soap bottle and mounting base. As heavy the dispenser is it works well. I paid it with a check valve hose I bought to adopt it from small included soup bottle to a full container of bulk soup from Costco. All metal and very sturdy. Definitely higher quality than the price I paid. It has been installed for 2 months, works great and should last a very long time.

I bought 2 of them for my kitchen sink, one for soap and another one for hand wash. Heavy, Easy to fit, look good with my kitchen faucet and very smooth to use. so far so good. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Solid brass at a very good price. Sturdy with a design that should last a long time. Old dispenser with thin tube design broke easily.

Nice looking. Sturdy. The handle spins freely, which is weird, but works well. The bottle is a little small. We will see how long the soap lasts.

No complaints except be careful because you can chip the black paint on it. Accidentally knocked it when washing my dishes. Going to use a black permanent marker and see if it will cover it.

This is beautiful. Excellent quality. My other dispenser held more soap, but tended to splash it on me. When it splashed onto my face, I knew it was time to shop.
