Like design, heavy duty, works good, can fill from the top which is a real plus, since the bottle is a little small That's my feedback.

Bought this dispenser to compliment for new kitchen, however soap containe screw on part broke and could not fit together after 2nd refill

I bought this one because I thought metal with a brushed nickel finish would be better than plastic with a brushed nickel finish BUT two months in and it is turning green even though we use very mild soap.

I really want to try this pump for my kitchen sink, but I've ordered it twice and both times received the "BZOOSIU Brushed Nickel Soap Dispenser 304 Stainless Steel Countertop Lotion Soap Dispenser" as seen in the picture. On closer examination of the boxes, there is one label which correctly identifies the items in the box. Very well made and attractive product. Still hate the little bottle they put with these. I attached a hose of the same size as the straw to pump directly from my gallon soap bottle. Snapped right in. Would have preferred the hand tightening nut underneath the sink as the regular nut is difficult to tighten in that small space. Large nut requires a wide open wrench.
