This shower valve set has been a mess since it arrived. Nothing but issues to try to accommodate a poor design and even worse set of instructions. The steps that are clearly written are incorrect.1st Issue: The instructions for plumbing the shower head and the shower handle are backwards. I bought two of these shower systems a little over a year ago and have been very satisfied with them. Recently I noticed a little rust appearing on one of the slider bars. After contacting Gabrylly and sending them a photo of the rust, I received a replacement slider bar two days later. Great customer service and quick resolution of my issue!

The Gabrylly Shower System is a really high end shower system for the price. Really enjoy the Rain shower head and use the hand held portion of the system to assist with washing the dog.Also extremely helpful customer support, had an issue with a missing part and the support team sent a part ASAP. They followed through to make sure replacement part arrived and everything was in good working order once installed in the shower. Major kuddos to the product and customer support.

This is a very nice shower system. This was a new shower construction and when I went to install this system I realized the plumber/ tile person did not do their part correctly so two of the valves were too deep into the wall. I contacted the company and they were kind enough to send me a kit to fix the problem at no charge. As service technician covering the east coast of Florida I've seen plenty of shower systems and this one is in the top 5 for sure. The rough in is super simple you can sweat into the fitting or in my application tread females on for upunor. Finish is great and quality of all the materials are great.

Update: the seller was kind enough to send me metal shower head at no extra cost.Initial review;The pipes are metal however the shower head and the handheld are made out of a hard plastic. I was wanting something that was entirely metal so it was stand the test of time. One review said it was parsley plastic one review said it was all metal. However it is part metal and part plastic.

We added this shower system in to our master bathroom shower during a bathroom renovation in spring 2021. It works great and looks amazing, however we did have a problem about 8 months in with the hose that runs to the removable hand-held shower wand starting to split and unravel at the end near the wand. Works well, the rain head is great, the shower wand water flow is extremely restricted, might change out the flow reducer later.Be careful of using the black plastic alignment body for the main valve. If you use it as an assumption for the correct size hole in the shower wall, you will end up with a space on the bottom of the decorative valve cover when completed. Not good! I love the rain down head, the spray nozzle has three different pressures that are all quite nice.Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is the outlet for the handheld coming from the wall has very little margin for error. The install has to be very precise. As a DIY guy, this was a challenge.

Did a main floor shower remodel, and this was the shower head I purchased! I am so pleased with the water pressure, the way it comes out, the handle all of it is just amazing! I did ask the guy installing it to leave out the part that would slow the water for the rain head. My sister and brother in law are staying with me and they go on and on about how it feels like they are showering in a fancy hotel!

Great shower head. Beats expectations. Love the waterfall and also that it is adjustable. The wand and the waterfall both have good water pressure. I had the contractor doing the bathroom work install it. He needed a different elbow for the wand hose connector and I contacted the company and they sent it free within two days. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

We were confused about a couple of things during the install. I guess the average american plumber coupled with our knowledge lacks. But when we hit a problem we needed help with all we had to do is email the vendor and they sent pictures and a part we needed for our situation.free of charge and responded clearly and rapidly.I love this shower system.the best I have ever owned. We had a professional plumber install this unit in a brand new bathroom. The instructions were horrible and not anything that he has ever come across before. Way too many plastic parts that he replaced where he could. It looks great, but took twice as long to figure out how to make since. he had to redo his plumbing to address there Valve for the shower, it was different from any other kind that he’s ever done before. now that it’s do it seems to be working fine. if I had to do it over again. I became a below knee amputee in April and we quickly learned that for safety and pragmatic reasons we needed to remodel out tub/shower. After loads of searching we found this system and absolutely love it. My husband can easily use the main shower head. I have the secondary on set up where I can raise and lower it, slightly change the angle and remove it when I’d like to. The options have empowered me through such an accessible product.

The shower system came in a well organized box, packaged very well. The only problem I had was the need of a male/female connector in order to have the handheld shower distributor face flush with the shower wall. The service department sent me the piece I needed and I was then able to hook up the handheld shower to the water supply. Excellent customer service and very timely response to my problem.

We love our new shower, we purchased the Gabrylly Shower System with the slide bar shower faucet and overhead rain shower. The slide bar is great for people of different heights, or who have back pain. We knew we wanted a system that could operate together or individually and we got exactly what we wanted with the this shower system. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Everything in this kit was great, except for two things. The template that comes attached to the valve assembly is bigger than the finish cover plate that goes on after tile install. Huge deal as this caused tile to be cut short. Tiled many showers and this was the first time I have encountered such. Second, the selector valve to change from shower head to handheld unit was labeled backwards. I would not buy again as I have my doubts about quality after experiencing these right out of the gate.

No way to reach seller and I wish I would’ve read the reviews more closely. Handheld shower head doesn’t work properly and the temp diverter is broken, so I don’t get enough hot water. Save yourself the headache and do not buy!

This showerhead and wall-mounted slide bar were even more beautiful than in the photo. It is very well made and is truly a matte black finish as opposed to many others that say black and then are more of a bronze. Can't wait to try it out at our lake house. It was definitely a great piece for the price.
