Overall does what it’s supposed to. When both heads are running the main one emits a loud squeal. Nothing I’ve tried will make it stop. Not so bad for the person in the shower but everyone in the house has to turn the volume up on their devices to overcome the noise.Nice long hose for handheld, it allows you to sit down and still use it (great for shaving legs if you’d rather not stand). Color is beautiful and the finish is strong. Still looks brand new after a couple months of use.

Works as advertised, easy to install (although i had to omit the "locking nut" because my threads on the pipe where too short, this was anticipated in their instructions and they suggested solutions)I also followed someone else's review and took the flow restrictor out when i installed the shower head to get the full effect of it.

It is about what you would expect from a plastic shower head. You must be very careful when tightening the connections. When installed with the washers as instructed the hose at the top still leaks slightly. At least it leaks in the tub. Why not send it back you would say, because then I have to disassemble it, box it, send it, reinstall the old one and wait and see if I get a refund or replacement which would be the same quality. This shower head came in as many parts as you could get, but it was easy to figure out and install. It works fantastic! My showers are profoundly better now!

So far so good. Although it is a little cheap feeling (everything is plastic these days) this works really well. Even the big companies (Moen, Delta, etc.) Are making damn near everything out of plastic now. Not sure how long it will last but have had it for a few months and has been decent thus far.

I've only had this thing for a few weeks but the installation was a joke. I see that a lot of people had to use parts from their old shower head to ensure there wasn't any leaking but I didn't need to do anything like that. I wrapped the threads in the tape that came with the shower head and that was it. I've had this installed for 8 months and it broke off today and cannot go back on. I took the handheld shower head off and it pulled the entire combination off the pipe and the threads are so bad it will not catch anymore. Edit: the customer service is great however! They sent me a replacement part and now it's working.

I got two of these and love it. The water pressure is assume! This would make a great gift. There was only one issue i have. One hose was assemble properly and the other was not, sooooo i rigged it. I would love it if i could receive another hose assembled properly so my son can hang the handheld shower where it belong. If all was assembled properly, i would give it two thumbs up but you got one thumb up and one side thumb lol.

We originally bought three of these packaged as AquaSource brand. After 5 years one of the heads cracked, so I did some browsing and found this one, the identical kit. We have all Delta plumbing hardware so I purchase a dual action diverter for each of the 3 baths to use with these. I bought it because I am redoing my bathroom using oiled bronze fixtures and I was looking for another handheld shower unit because I like the versatility of being able to take it down off the wall. Then I saw this one with a fix and handheld head and I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. An O ring broke inside when installing, which made installation a pain. I took 1 star off due to that but once installed it has been great! Water pressure is excellent on both stationary and hand-held heads. Smooth transition to switch heads. A lot of spray settings on each head. Water pressure still good when both heads are on if on right settings. So far we love it!

So much water flow with so many different settings. I can even clean all the nooks and crannies. Best shower head I have ever had. Worth every penny.

Great way to upgrade your shower for a reasonable price. We have one in both bathrooms now. I highly recommend the unit. I didn't rate "Suction". There's no parts that use suction cups.

I WANT to love it. Install was easy and water pressure is great, but the Handel doesn’t fit where is should. It precariously balances.
