It is about what you would expect from a plastic shower head. You must be very careful when tightening the connections. When installed with the washers as instructed the hose at the top still leaks slightly. At least it leaks in the tub. Why not send it back you would say, because then I have to disassemble it, box it, send it, reinstall the old one and wait and see if I get a refund or replacement which would be the same quality. I do take some of the responsibility though because I made the choice. The shower heads do work quite well with all the different settings and I do like the fact that the settings are on both heads. I especially like the pulse setting, real relaxing. Men.be careful with that one when cleaning out all the cracks and crevases. You'll get the point. Would like to have the same identical unit in brass with a seven foot hose. Of course it would be much more. For now I will just continue to use it as long as it will last. Just wish I could stop the leak and yes I used the teflon tape.
