I’m a DIY-er and this set up is a little different then what I’ve installed before. The valve is encased in clear plastic and the tabs that are used to mount this valve is part of the encasing. I was afraid to tighten too much because the tabs looked as though they’d break right off. The valve is color coded (hot - red and cold - blue) but it is backwards. We heard loud knocking noises when we turned on any bathroom sink faucet, flushed the toilets, and ran the one shower still working (happens with both hot/cold water). Bought this for a new restroom install and haven't even finish construction and its leaking already. Contacted the help email and we have received no response. DO NOT buy this product as no one can help and nobody responds

Installed the product in my main shower room. After a few months, I notice water drops from above the shower plate. When checked, the water was leaking from the ball connector, which allows the shower plate move around. There is no way to tighten or fix it. The only way to fix it is to install a new one.

Every thing was very nicely packaged and easy to assemble, in addition it was very nice to look at once installed. Would buy again.

The shower head leaks from the seams, and the actual unit was sent to me backwards, the pipes are all set correctly and everything on my end was installed the right way, but the unit is backwards, meaning when you switch to shower handle the actual shower head goes on

The product split apart after just over a year. It says it has a 15-year warranty but I have no way of getting a hold of anyone. Best Buy said it's not their problem.

Remodeling bathroom and contractor actually suggested this shower head knowing we wanted a large head. The shower is great and the sprayer is an added feature especially when it's cleaning the walls down.

Shower rain head first started to leak over the top, and now it is shooting water out of the top everywhere. Handheld is great which is why I’m still giving a 3 star.
