I did not find them easy to install - had to really stretch the silicone to get on my ILL plates. Not terrible but took longer than expected - not 5 minutes. Then after I put them on I had to stretch more because the border was uneven - thick on one side thin on the other. And the corners look stretched. I was out in the cold and the wind was blowing fierce. I had the Ushanka Trapper Hat on and my head and ears were toasty warm! They stayed that way the whole time I was outside, over an hour. This hat works and works well! I was even sweating under it. Our truck has two batteries, the primary battery that starts the truck, and a secondary, deep cycle battery, that operates a hoist.
