Can't believe I just had this product installed recently and was excited to try it out for the first time. To my amazement, stood there with hot water opened all the way and wondering why is this water getting colder? Switch handle to cold side and sure enough hot water started coming out! How can a company who prides themselves on producing a good product screw this up. Saw a review that this happened to someone else but decided must have been a freak accident, but nooo. this company needs better quality control. Can only imagine how often this happens. You buy this product you better check before you close up wall! Something I wish I did. Now I have to live with a reverse shower valve or pay to tear out tile to get to valve. Also Can't believe this was an Best Buy choice! Buyer beware!
