Installation was a snap except that the diameter of the holes in my vanity deck tiles were not quite large enough. I new it might be tight, but it was impossible so I had to drill out new diameter holes. The deck surface is covered with ceramic tiles. this was the 2nd faucet i bought for my bathroom as the 1st one was dripping from the hot water line under the sink and dripping from the faucet the plumber said it was due to a broken something inside the hot water handle and could only be fix by buying a new one and it was only 2 years old. wow wow would'nt replace it unless i took a video and sent over my computer and i don't have the knowledge to do that or equipment so i had to just buy a new one and install it

I am surprised that this faucet has a good quality. It is all stainless steel. I bought so many faucet from home depot but noon of them have the good quality like this one. More importantly, the product has reasonable and affordable price, and it comes with all the part you need to install. The tubbing is soft and durable, that means it could last long. I personally recommend this product.

We installed three lavratory faucets from this wowow in about 3 hours including having to replace a shut off valve. Additionally, the kitchen faucet went smoothly. Very nice replacement of much more expensive Price Pfister's . These look just as nice and work just as well. They provide more Teflon tape than you'll ever need. And gloves too. Excellent product and good value.

After looking at several box stores, I thought I would have to pay over $100 for nice faucets for master bath remodel. Then I saw these, and decided to take a chance and bought 2. My contractor doesn’t like anything bought online, but he thought these were very good quality and easy to install. We have only had them a month, so time will tell if they hold up. Loos great initially, but, as other reviewers have noted, the black paint peels off, exposing the silver metal underneath. This is after LESS than one year of use. Repeated emails to WOWOW have gone unanswered.Would not recommend this faucet.

Had high hopes on this faucet based on reviews but after 9 months paint started peeling off bases of handles.Used non abrasive cleaners too!

After waiting a month to install these two faucets we realized we were missing a part. Wonderful customer service rep shipped it out asap without question. The look great too!

When this arrived packed with white gloves, we chuckled. Now, however, maybe it's obvious, because the popup was so poorly coated it scratched with just fingernails.NOTE: separate popup drain closure installs without a lever.Faucet quite nicely made, but would probably just install someone else's popup.

Faucet handles are a little small than normal, steel gets stained easily. I have to tighten the handle every so often because it gets loose. Overall it was easy to install and price was reasonable.

The faucet is elegant in appearance, operates flawlessly and is super well thought out in its' design and construction. The pop up drain works nice and it was easy to install. It's easy to clean and very attractive!

Bought two of these for a bathroom remodel. They look great and work flawlessly. The popup drain is a little large but works well. Price was a lot better than the big box stores.

Overall this faucet is ok, not great. It was not easy to install and both the water connection and drain leaked horribly and ended up having to go buy new parts to start all the lines over, the old sink did not leak at all when we removed it. The drain is plastic and the pop up cover is ridiculously large while the handles and faucet seem undersized for an 8 inch mount. Well packaged and easy installation, does not require any special tools. Construction looks to be solid. Faucets handles turn very smoothly.

Very easy snap together fittings means less time wedged under the sink to install. Remember this does not have the typical drain stopper handle, but a push/click mechanism requiring you to reach into the water to activate the stopper. Like the styling of unit.

I purchased this for my sons bathroom. I looked at many, and because this is "all metal" for a great price, I got it. It came on time, and packaged with everything needed, including teflon tape, and a pair of cotton gloves (to not smudge the finish on the faucet). Really happy, and will purchase again.
