Broke after less than a year, but company replaced
I've had this installed for 8 months and it broke off today and cannot go back on. I took the handheld shower head off and it pulled the entire combination off the pipe and the threads are so bad it will not catch anymore. Edit: the customer service is great however! They sent me a replacement part and now it's working.
