DO NOT buy these things! These are the worst filters we have ever used! They start whistling literally a week after they are installed. The baking soda is obviously blocking the airflow. Grrrrr will never buy or recommend again!

These filters did nothing but spread a cloud of soda dust all over my house and air ducts. It clogged my AC condenser in the attic where it is in my air conditioner/heater. What a pain, it cost me money to have someone come and disassemble my unit and fan to get rid of all the baking soda dust! Do not buy these filters!

The product itself looks good and feels solid. Haven't used them yet but both boxes were damaged. The boxes were crushed on one end and the boxes arrived one at a time, so I don't think it's the carrier's problem. I checked and can use them so I will use them but probably never buy again.

These filters work well for my high flow system and the baking soda helps freshen the air. The bad news is that packaging can be an issue depending on how the boxes are handled after shipping. The shipping box was damaged on my last order (box of 4) and 2 filters needed some adjustment but I got them working. If this happens again with my next order I will send it back.

ordered 4 packs of 20x25 filters, opened the box, looked at the first filter and there were several holes in the media, pieces of the wire substrate were broken in places, looked at others, another with holes and broken wires, media very thin to zero overall, very poor quality, tried to return the product to amazon but it won't allow, i ordered 20x20 from this company and the filters were ok, very disappointed

This is definitely a packaging error/issue. I could see the crease on the outer packaging. The boxes are super thin. There is no gap between them. So if the box is damaged, the contents are likely damaged as well. 2 of 4 are usable. Of the remaining 1 - a complete loss. I'll probably have to have the latter treated. One pack would be enough to avoid this product in the future. I would definitely not recommend.

Looks like good filters at a good price. If the odor reduction works - a month or so won't know for sure - then a great product. Otherwise, it's probably as good as the competition but costs a few bucks less. As mentioned in other reviews, the filters arrived squashed and bent. Sounds like a problem with packaging and storage. Heavy items were probably stored on wide, flat, unreinforced cardboard. This can be a problem with Revain, but a packaging structure might help.

This filter is too strong. I regret using them for so long. My A/C was making a whistling noise at the intake, like air whistling. He struggled to get enough air. I replaced it with a cheap 3M Filtrete Basic pleated filter and it's much quieter. I felt air coming out of the vents before and after the replacement and there is no comparison.
