I bought one and without my daughter NEVER using it the LCD was broken. I figured it might be damaged or something I wasn't aware of so I went back and got a replacement and we've been traveling a lot this summer so maybe she used it a few times. I was sending it on an overnight trip with her grandparents and when I went to pick them up my mother told me that when they turned on the tablet (like the first one) it was black and broken. I can't imagine how that could have happened and the first one wasn't used at all. So I thought I got a good deal but I lost my money and it's a total waste.
