Make for great practices.
I got these for my son who i an aspiring amateur boxer--he mostly does it for exercise. He and his dad use these for all sorts of "fighting" practice. They are loaded with a micro gel that helps soften impacts. They fit the hand well and are easy to use--not too small a target. EVen I have worn them while my son practiced (although he was easy on them since I was the one wearing them!
