Very easy to install. Yes, it will be delivered rolled up. I put it on the kitchen table for 20 minutes and it lay flat and even. I measure the width of the door, mark the molding with a square and cut it with kitchen scissors. I wiped the door down with an alcohol wipe and made sure the strip was the right length (I cut it off a bit on purpose). Easier to cut than re-stick :-)) Quick fit and trial fit, then I peeled the backing strip from the adhesive and re-attached. Floor. I just rest on it. It reduced the amount of light coming under the door, I think it reduced the noise a bit, and it definitely reduced the drafts I felt when the building's front door was open. With a little patience and general flair, it's easy to install and does what it says on the tin.
