Thank god who came up with this. Simply cut and glue. I have two so I can do the inside and outside of the door. My OCD doesn't allow just being inside. Relocating your life to 400 square meters as a minimalist is tough, but it was just what I needed to make my rental space look like a real studio.

Bought this strip because it's discreet and should help with noise reduction but it does NOT reduce noise. We installed this on our son's door after ripping out the carpet and installing the vinyl flooring to make up the 1 3/4 inch gap that was left, but it didn't, so we're sending it back and I'll just fix it do make a weighted whistle and hope it helps!

We have just moved into the house and all the doors have been shortened by about an inch. It was a custom house and the doors cost about $300 so replacing the doors wasn't an option. Very easy to install. Yes, it will be delivered rolled up. I put it on the kitchen table for 20 minutes and it lay flat and even. I measure the width of the door, mark the molding with a square and cut it with kitchen scissors. I wiped the door down with an alcohol wipe and made sure the strip was the right length (I cut it off a bit on purpose). Easier to cut than re-stick :-)) Quick fit and trial fit, then I peeled the backing strip from the adhesive and re-attached. Floor. I just rest on it.

I was so disappointed with this purchase. Our idiot drunk contractor installed a door that left a 1.4 inch gap under the door which made me think of door jams. I tried a foam doorstop but it didn't work as the velcro used to hold the stopper in place didn't allow the stopper to stay in place and without the velcro it would stick anywhere move.
