CEM can really help boost up CXM in smaller businesses

I like the fact that it helps you to understand how your customers are interacting with your website and also gives you ideas about where you need to improve and what areas of your business you need to focus on.

I dislike that it is an expensive solution for a small business, but if you have enough resources, then it could be worth it. There aren't many customisable features to make it more user friendly, so it isn't very intuitive at first. The software has made our customer experience management much easier than before.

Pros
  • We can manage all aspects related Customer Journey mapping including Marketing Campaigns (A/B Testing), CRM data collection etc., without having IT team involved in this process which we were previously doing manually through SQL queries or Excel files making life easy! It's free as well :)
Cons
  • Still lots missing when compared against SalesforceIQ; however there will always differences between these two products since they serve different purposes.
