When I first received this phone I thought everything was fine. The phone is in perfect condition, no scratches. When I turned it on it said "Tmobile". I was confused knowing it had to be an unlocked phone. I decided to bring it anyway to see if I could use it. Turns out I can still use the phone even though my carrier is Sprint. At first everything seemed fine. The next day was my birthday, so everyone wished me a happy birthday. I received texts, images, and notifications but not on my Fitbit. I thought it was weird, but I didn't really think about it. When the day was over, I was upset because one of my best friends didn't wish me a happy birthday. When I texted him the next day, he sent me a screenshot of the 5 messages he had sent me. 1 was "Happy Birthday". I then wrote to Facebook asking others if they messaged me and I didn't respond. 6 of my friends told me they said something. Then I noticed that I wasn't receiving all of my text messages. The next day I went back to the sprint shop to see if they could help me. I've already tried restarting the phone, deleting messages. Nothing worked. The store told me they see no problem with the phone. I figured I'd just send it back and just buy a new one. Today I was out and listening to Spotify. All of a sudden, my music stops and starts playing something I've never heard in my life. I pause the music. He started playing again. I looked at the music I had recently listened to. Most of the music I've never heard before. I looked at my playlists. 60 added playlists of the same music! In that moment I knew I had been hacked. I went to my email and saw that several people have logged into my account since I activated my phone. This phone helped someone around the world get all my registration info. I then had to change each of my passwords, especially my banking details. Tomorrow I will call my bank to let them know what happened. DO NOT TRUST THIS PHONE. It's cheap for a reason. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. I've always bought refurbished phones and never had any problems. Especially something like that. If my friends hadn't told me they wrote to me, I never would have known. These people could have hacked a lot more than just my Spotify. Who knows what else they got from me.
