The perfect flour mill. NOT for SALT!
I use it as a flour digger and it's perfect. It has a beautiful stainless steel finish and is easy to clean. I've used both plastic and aluminum shakers but this is by far the best. It also works really well in powdered sugar and cinnamon mixes (like French toast). You use it like a salt shaker. Salt and moisture (humidity) will eventually corrode ALL metals, including stainless steel. If you need a large salt shaker, buy one made of plastic, glass, or one with a plastic liner.
