As the title says, this made me very anxious and depressed. I had these symptoms before taking it, but they were mild. I took this to improve it a bit as it might help, but all it did was make those symptoms worse and add fatigue to the mix. I usually buy the Now brand from True Focus and it works with no problems, it also has that ingredient so I figured it would be just as good considering it's from the same 'Now' manufacturers too but that's not for me. This might be something for you as our body chemistry responds differently to what we put into our bodies. It was like a strong jitter from too much coffee, and I rarely drink coffee. A cup of coffee is probably better than that.
