stones are good! Expected a thinner edge/less mark after use; while most traces of sharpness are not removed by the 600s. It will still be spicy, just very spicy. This is a 15° s30v test sheet. After going through the stones, I made a leveling motion along the full length of the stone and blade in opposite directions to hatch on the edge. I wish they were a little better! It's as clean as in the picture. It has been revised to show 600 vs 1000. (Critical shading and "stop move" at 1000) It's not a crazy difference. Now to end this! It's all about these stones.
