Review on 👞 Sunbeam Door Shoe Rack - White, Holds 36 Pairs by Kristy Young

I've never been so disappointed. The plastic frame is warped and flimsy, unable to hold the metal cross members in place. I was hoping screwing the frame into the door would help, but no. I didn't send it back at first, hoping that over time it would sort of "fit in". That the sides might straighten out under the weight of the shoe, creating more tension. Wrong again. It's too late to return it now and the product has only gotten worse. Suddenly everything let go and I found all my heels lying in a pile on the floor. I've included pictures to show that all of the crossbars just fell out completely and the remaining pair won't stay in place side to side. I have a similar stand from another brand that I love but can't find where to buy it. It looked like a close second, but it's absolute rubbish. If I could give it stars I would. Don't waste money.
