The product is really easy to assemble. It looks intimidating at first when you take it out of the box, but once you read the first part of the instructions, you can put it together in less than 5 minutes. Racks shift from time to time, but according to the instructions, you need to screw the rack to the door. I didn't, so maybe that's why it happens. I used to have shoe racks in the door. It was the easiest to assemble. The plastic frame doesn't seem very strong and I'm sure if you handle it too hard it can easily break. But it's strong enough for this rack. The instructions are in the ziploc that holds the screws. But the assembly is quite understandable. I used a small hammer to tap the posts to make sure they were fully seated in their sockets. If you're not using a hammer, make sure you push them in firmly. If you don't push them all…
