Smart investment for RV owners

This residential lock is just what we needed. We travel constantly in our fifth wheel and have always had trouble locking and unlocking our front door with a tiny RV key. We love the FOB remote and this lock comes with two! Now we feel safe when we lock our door. I absolutely love the product and think it's a great investment!

Very satisfied

This is a high quality door lock. Full metal, rock hard. Installation wasn't difficult. Programming the touchpad and key fobs was easy (I recommend watching the video on the website). The door is now easier to open as the original lock has been removed. On Sunday you had an online chat with someone from the support team - can you believe it? Deserves great praise.

You can just hold your fingertip behind it to close the door. - The remote control stopped working after 1 week. - In about 30% of cases, the bolt gets stuck in the closed position. I bought this lock set for my 2017 Keystone Cougar 29RES fifth wheel. When you open the box, you can feel the quality of this device. It's all metal, very well made and easy to assemble. I had a problem pairing the remotes and contacted online technical support. Within MINUTES someone was there to walk me through the WEEKEND troubleshooter! RELIABLE lock! in Security

What sets this door lock apart from others is that it is made of solid metal. There is no "hardened" plastic here. This is one of the things I wanted and it delivered. Installation was painless, quick and easy. There was only one small "nit" to pick out that the inside opening handle was (well) larger than my old one. (Not very good). NOT ALL METAL - Lock

Latch - they lied in their description. This lock is not made entirely of metal. The entire interior of the lock, base plate, battery compartment and latch with bolt lock are made of plastic. The latch closure is a cheap plastic handle with a loose fit, I'm sure it will fail soon. Very sloppy, unlike the original Chinese factory version which is all metal with good tight screws.
