The magnetic hooks arrived, well packaged, on time and defect free. There was no assembly needed. Just needed to separate the hooks which were magnetically attached. Because of their strength, you need to slide the magnet off of the steel surface/other magnet. Fortunately, they are rubber coated, so the surface you are mounted to won't be scratched. These seem to be very strong, heavy duty thin profile hinges. I'm planning on using them to help me with some window shutters on a chicken coop that I'm building.
