The tragedy of this product.
This rack looked like a wild mole game. Each time you insert one of the wands into both brackets, the other will pop out. You are in a constant, never-ending battle to collect all the poles from both ends. When I finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel and hung the hanger over my closet door, I started arranging shelves for my shoe rack. When I had filled 8-9 rows and I could catch a glimpse of my floor that was previously full of shoes; 6 poles come loose and my shoes fall onto an almost bare floor. I would recommend 0/10 in every other category except as a punishment for your kids.
