This is a nice, sturdy lock with good features. Install was relatively simple and easy to do.There are a couple draw backs.First the fob's have raised buttons that will constantly end up pressed in your pocket. I've been working around the trailer and whoops, there goes the lock again. This makes the batteries wear out quickly and need replacement.Second there is no way to silence the loud beeps the lock makes locking or unlocking. First I like this door lock! It’s sturdy, and literally took 5 min to install love the key fobs, and overall convenience. My one hang up is that you can’t lock the exterior handle in place with the key pad, or key fob they only lock the dead bolt. You can only lock the handle in place with the key. Yes the door is locked when you lock it but if you pull the exterior handle when locked it leaves the door ever so slightly cracked open. Now that withstanding it’s a great lock! Installed this lock set on a Forrest River No Boundaries 19.2. Fitment was perfect and took about 20 minutes to complete. The convenience is awesome!

This is my 3rd RV where i installed a remote lock. This is the first LATCH.IT i purchased. Installation was extremely simple. The sturdiness of the unit impressed me a great deal and they say the little things matter….the extra keypad number decal. Each if my previous locks in a few years the number pad would crack. I was shocked to see a spare. Well done. Love it!

We have a 2019 escape 17 and the deadbolt on our door lock broke. After searching around on different review sites I settled on this lock and ordered it. Then I took off on a mountain biking trip for a week. After 5 days I ended up riding some trails about 1.5 hours from home and my wife wanted to join. Quit working after a month. Batteries drain quickly, device shocks you everytime you touch it, and you have to reset remotes/key code everytime you switch out batteries. Switching back to my old lock and key

Fairly easy to install. I can lock or unlock my rig using the key pad, the remote or the key. The beeps indicate the lock or unlock funstion and the low battery beeps remind me to replace the batteries. Well worth it.

I bought this as a lightning deal so I saved a few bucks. The feature I wish it had, but does not is remote locking BOTH the deadbolt and the latch handle. I don't think any of the locks out there currently do this, and I feel like the Latch.It key is more secure than the rest, so I would recommend this to anyone.Installation was very easy on my RV. I haven't gotten to use it too much, but so far I like it. It appears well made. It installed and programmed easily. I love not having to carry keys with me all the time. I haven't used the remote enough to see what kind of range it has, but I don't think I would be unlocking it from distance anyway.

Installation and programming was a breeze. Only issue I had is, the screws given for the plate that covers the latch end of log are too long. I cannot tighten the plate to the outside of the door. I'll get some shorter screws and then they'll be perfect. Love the fact that they came keyed the same as the trailer has two doors.

The lock was delivered in the locked position. I accidentally closed the door with the keys and fobs in the aRV. I had to break the door window to get in.

We ordered this lock for our 2017 T@B camper from a lightning deal. The lock came and we installed it fairly easily, but it didn't work perfectly. It felt like the keys didn't fit correctly (I thought I was going to break it off many times) and the deadbolt didn't always engage when using the fob or the number pad. I had the unit delivered Aug of 2021, works great. I strongly suggest you use the supplied AA batteries for junk drawer use and install 4 quality brand name AA batteries. Oct 20th 2021 both FOBs quit working, I did a reset, relearn and nothing would make them work. I was very frustrated with LatchIt and their lack of support documents or manuals on their site which I conveyed to them in email and via chat. Works great but it was a little harder to install that I expected. Getting the old lock out was easy, getting the body of this into the lock area took a bunch of manhandling and shoving. It dug out a bit of the styrofoam in the door while doing it but once it was in everything was solid.The only thing I didn’t realize before buying the was the numbers didn’t go 0-9 so it made thinking of an easy number password to share (and everyone remember) a little harder.

Installed on our Passport Elite 23RB with no problems. It fit perfectly. It comes with longer screws to replace factory striker screws. So far my only point of disappointment is that the electronic lock only accuates the dead bolt and not the larger latch/handle lock. If you leave your camper and are in the habit of locking both locks, you will always need keys. It is going to be great for trips where you are at the campsite walking around not so if you want the extra security both locks…

Until today, I'd have given this a "fine" rating. The plastic cover on one of our numbers split where my kid pushed with a fingernail, and the inside pull handle is too small, IMO. But by and large, it's been dependable. Closed nicely & smoothly, fit was excellent, etc. It's been fine. But today the metal part that gets turned by the interior handle to push open the spring-loaded latch just snapped clean off. If I hadn't been outside when my wife tried to open the door, we've have been locked…

Great lock, love the keyless entry option. We were able to install it and program it in less than 20 minutes. I recommend this lock.
