Not as much shade as I thought, but still worth it.

Update- August 6, 2022: I have used this shade a few more times this summer. This last trip, we put it up and left it up. Instead of using the bungee cords, I used the other metal attachments since I was in a Campground and didn’t bring my 5 gallon water containers. At night, I just unzipped the lower shade from the awning section, and laid it down nicely on the ground. I left it attached to the stakes. One of the afternoons when the wind came through I went to un zip it to remove it and…

Easy to install. Lighter weight material than expected.

Fits well on my Grand Design Imagine. Easy to install, but zipper and material is not as heavy or durable looking as other brands I have owned. Quality appears lightweight and cheaper. Time and usage will tell.

Awesome sun screen.

Great sun screen that zips off for easy set up and take down. Comes with great awning tie downs. The only knock would be the cheap plastic stakes that hold the bungee cord anchors for the screen. Definitely going to replace them with metal stakes. So far I see no difference between this and carefree brand costing much more, but I have only had it for about three weeks.

sun blocker shade good for me

This shade did exactly as we bought it for. The sun was in our eyes in the afternoons and this helped to block it. That's my review!

Very pleased with one caveat

We were sitting in the hot sun at the beach. We took this screen out of the box and installed it in the track on our awning. What a difference! Here are the plusses - Cools the area; very easy to install; stakes were well made and after set in the ground, held the tie downs on the screen; screen appears to be made of durable material ( have only used for one week so far); zips and unzips easily and is at a height that I (5'4") could easily reach to unzip it; rolls up with the awning once you…

Great heavy duty screen

I am not putting any photos because we messed up and ordered the wrong size. I don’t what to give the impression that the screen does not fit. It is a very nice screen and comes with everything you need. Read the directions on how to pick the correct size. The directions on installation are clear and it was easy to put on even if you follow the directions. It is a heavy-duty screen and really blocks the sun. Privacy AND Shade! good for me

Love that this attaches to common RV "C" Channel! Everything you need for installation is in the box, very complete package! Quality design fit and finish, materials are top notch. Perfect fit - my new review

This fit our 18” awning perfectly ! This thing is really well made and should last a very, very long time. So glad we purchased this for our 2022 GD Imagine Xls 22mle.Absolutely love it and worth every penny….Don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed…. Happy Camper !

Easy to install and easy to unzip.

We bought this shade for our vacation at the beach. It allowed us to sit outside during the hottest time of the day. It also provided shade for our outside tv. The zipper allows you to quickly remove the shade when winds pop up. The rest rolls in with our awning.

Poor Quality: my feedback

We received only the 7x9 side screen mesh wadded up in a reused box (looked like a return) that’s it! Nothing else, no hardware, directions, branded package or anything? The mesh is a pretty open design letting allot of sun through still. Also noticed, it could use some center grommets along the sides and bottom.

Easy up and easy off. Zipper quality is poor and can easily break.. But need to replace the zipper pull and tab with one more durable, available on Ebay.

Shade screen for your RV

So i was a little disappointed because I thought i was ordering an awning but its actually just the screen that hangs from the awning. Its functional and serves its purpose just not what I thought based off the description. It was more a mistake on my part than anyone. No problems with the product as it is.

Game Changer - my new review

Our site gets full sun all day, so we really couldn’t enjoy sitting outside. Now we have shade! Couldn’t be easier to setup. Everything seems to be of high quality, even the plastic stakes that others had mentioned. Will definitely explore other items by latch.it.
