We were sitting in the hot sun at the beach. We took this screen out of the box and installed it in the track on our awning. What a difference! Here are the plusses - Cools the area; very easy to install; stakes were well made and after set in the ground, held the tie downs on the screen; screen appears to be made of durable material ( have only used for one week so far); zips and unzips easily and is at a height that I (5'4") could easily reach to unzip it; rolls up with the awning once you unzip the bottom. The caveat - the screen does travel a bit in the track so that it will be off center. You need to check the position of the awning in the track after unzipping the screen and before rolling up your awning. At this time, I would recommend this screen.
