Awesome Deep Clean!👍🏽😊

Great exfoliating toothpaste for a good deep clean! Toothpaste from the supermarket. The taste and texture of these Weleda toothpastes differ from all other toothpastes. Please don't expect them to foam like regular toothpastes. Most people have been conditioned by mass-produced commercial products in supermarkets to believe that all toothpastes need to produce foam and mint flavor to clean and refresh property, which is simply not true. While the feel of foam and suds is nice, it doesn't have to be. There are many benefits of using mint-free toothpaste and mint can interfere with certain treatments or interfere with certain health programs like homeopathic treatments (research this) and other people just want a mint-free product. The taste is not super delicious, but for me it doesn't matter much, its purpose is cleansing, exfoliating and healing. Many healthy diets don't taste good, although that doesn't stop us from using or consuming foods and striving for better health. Makes it? nope We don't eat this toothpaste, we just use it for two minutes while brushing our teeth. It's a cleaner guys😬 Also it's not a Tom's brand so people shouldn't compare because Weleda toothpastes are in a class of their own. I have been using Weleda toothpastes for many years in addition to the traditional typical big brand toothpastes. I alternate and alternate between morning and evening brushes throughout the week and alternate month to month. The 3 Weleda toothpastes that I use regularly, in addition to my typical brands, are Salt, Calendula and Ratahnia. All have different benefits. A great deep cleanser, Salt Paste has granular salt combined with a gel texture. It doesn't foam, but none of the Weleda pastes expand in the mouth like typical foam pastes, but that's not a problem since the foaming volume isn't needed for brushing, it's just a matter of getting used to it. Think toothpaste and brushing your teeth. To allay concerns about salt being too abrasive or cutting your gums: first let the salt do its own job of flaking and smoothing the surface of your teeth, don't press too hard or with too much pressure as it may will be too much peeling, use a light touch. Also, salt is known for its healing properties and is used in healing miracles, as well as some ancient remedies like gargling with salt for a sore throat, soaking in salt baths for sore muscles, etc. For a better cleanse, I don't recommend running it under water first, as it dilute the gel too much. Simply place it on your brush and start brushing your teeth, first brushing it lightly over your teeth to distribute it evenly, then gently brush each tooth as you normally would. I believe water is neither required nor recommended as it is naturally diluted with your mouth's natural juices (you know what I'm talking about 😉). If you need more, use as much as you like. I really like using this salt. Toothpaste in the evening to get rid of all the day dirt and sometimes I use that and then another toothpaste before going outside. I just wanted to tell everyone about this product. I really like this Weleda salt toothpaste and will continue to buy and use it with other Weleda toothpastes, changing it up from time to time and using it in combination with other brands in the years to come as I have in the past. I recommend trying this product. It's just a tube of toothpaste 💁🏻 I hope this was all informative and helpful. 😉
