Review on 💡 Highly Efficient Power Outlet: R32u Con Pk - 30amp, Top-Notch Performance by Michael Hale

This is Midwest Electric Products, Inc, Rainproof Outlet, model no. U013C, 30A, 120VAC, 3R style case. I bought this device. Use as a service point for my mobile home. I gave it four stars out of five because the knockouts were limited to the bottom of the box. While this is good enough for my immediate needs, I can see where other people might need side or rear cutouts. On the plus side, however, all knockout holes are hermetically sealed with paint filling in the gaps in the knockout rings. However, I would recommend applying additional sealant - possibly silicone sealant - to unused breakaway rings INSIDE the box - as a precaution to prevent the paint from peeling with age. This device does NOT have a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFCI). Protection. In this case it's good. My RV has an RCD protection system that protects outlets for external service connections and bathroom and kitchen sinks. I've learned (from bad experience) that two GFCI circuits in series will cause them to "turn off" each other when actually everything is fine.
