Review on StovePop Stainless Popcorn VICTORIO VKP1160 by Sarah Blough

We eat a lot of popcorn. Studying, working, watching TV, it seems that someone is always asking for popcorn. I had the regular version of it but decided to upgrade. it was so nice Good heavy bottom, all parts and details looked high quality! The only thing was that the Allen key didn't match the small screw on the bottom that holds the brush (the little thing in the pot that keeps the popcorn moving so it doesn't burn) on the lid. I emailed the company and they happily sent another. Unfortunately, this didn't work either. Next time I called the company. That was my fault. All I had to do was send the photos and email them again about the device and my problem. The woman was so rude to me that frankly I was shocked! Maybe it was her last day and she wasn't happy about it, maybe she was having the worst day of her life but I definitely wasn't that happy with my purchase after that interaction. She sent another Allen key and again it doesn't fit. It's pretty annoying. The pot wasn't cheap so this really needs fixing. It's a tiny little screw, but the keys that come with it are too small. Such a crap! (The photo only shows the extra parts we have that are unusable.)
