The chair arrived as expected and looks good, it is plastic but the materials look good. I bought this chair as I have been working from home as a project manager for a few months and my old faux leather chair has lost its upholstery and the faux leather is falling off. The grip is excellent due to the contour of the mesh, and unlike the cheap faux leather that many chairs are made of, it washes off easily and won't tear. However, there are three main issues with the chair that will make me want to return it: the feature can only recline up 90 degrees or recline hard 120 degrees, there is no middle "relaxed working angle" that I'm comfortable at feel Inside is a basic office chair that I have in the office. There also doesn't seem to be a tensioner to recline in the seat, so that's not an option. The chair sits too high, I had to add some books to my monitors to bring them up to elevator level. , and at the lowest level. The cool paddle wheels are awesome and roll great! However, they let the chair sit a few inches higher, which doesn't help with the height problem that already exists. I really wanted to love this chair. I hate returning items online because you never know if they will be repackaged and resold or given away or just thrown away. The reason I bought this chair was to reduce reassuring waste because it appears durable. However, due to a significant lack of customization issues at this price point, it will return to California.
