Review on 💡 ARC200D Stick Welder: Dual Voltage Digital Arc Welding Machine and Tig Welder (110/220V) by Dmitriy Kingsley

I had never welded with electrodes before buying this machine. After watching a few videos I tried my best to practice, at first I thought maybe I'm not very good at playing the bow. I knew it wasn't a machine because it made the wands burn like candles. After a bit of research, I realized these were the wands. They were cheap and old. I recommend that if you want to weld electrodes you buy them from a welding supply store or buy vacuum sealed sticks. Cheap bars aren't vacuum sealed and you can see the difference. New connecting rods quickly ignited the arc. They burned evenly, very little spatter. The second shot was also easy. The welds were very good. I used 110v on a 30 amp switch and it worked really well. Once I got the hang of it I started using bad old rods just to burn them for fun. I haven't tried the TIG function yet because I don't have gas or tungsten. However, TiG mode creates a spark when using rods, but does not weld them. This is a good machine for the money and again I recommend quality welding electrodes.
