very fluffy and soft
Bought this for my daughter to wear to school under a poodle skirt with socks. She is VERY sensitive to the texture of the fabric, put it on without complaint and wore it all night. The inner lining is very soft and the adjustable elastic band is comfortable and adds a lot of volume. A sensitive child's dream!
