This worked well on my food moth that got into my kitchen via contaminated bird seed. I was amazed when I opened the first trap. The moths flew as soon as I removed the protective cover. A lot of people got trapped, and a lot of people just got stuck, so I slammed a few of them down. More were caught over the next few weeks. Today I threw away the old trap and set a new one and today I only caught one moth so I'm sure my problem is almost solved. At the same time, I bought and released a competing brand, and it also caught a lot of moths, even though it was half the price. However, this brand is advertised for storage and clothes moths, while the cheaper brand is for storage moths only. Both brands solved my problem well, but they were definitely food moths.
