Worked very well.
Replacing the LCD in the E39 dashboard is quite difficult. If the LCD is already connected to the replacement ribbon cable, questionable connections may be cut in half. My installation was successful, but there is a line (on, not off) on some OBC screens. Still better than it was, but would be nice to have it 100% after all this work.
