It works very well for what it is. Bluetooth 2.1 is now a legacy technology and there are bugs in the Bluetooth units. That being said, the box is probably the least flashy Bluetooth streamer you can get. No lights, pairing button, or fancy stickers touting codecs it can read. Music sounds clean and good through Box E. Not as good as Hi-Res Audio obviously, but the aptx codec makes a noticeable difference. Gold-plated RCA connectors ensure you get the cleanest signal over your cables, and the e-box's small size means you can place it on top of or near audio equipment. I would buy a newer Pro-Ject streamer but decided it wasn't worth it because bluetooth doesn't sound good no matter what version you use.
