I use them for everything. On spring bars above my kitchen sink to hold dishes, measuring cups, and other utensils; on my "second countertop" origami shelf to hang cutting boards and other utensils and to keep my surge protector where I can reach it; in my office bedroom to hang just about anything on my chrome office shelves, including charging cords, stationery, and even masquerade curtains; and in the closet there are more chrome shelves for belts, used jackets, dog leashes etc. I bought three sets of 10 before realizing you can get them in bulk packs for a lot less. They are very comfortable.
