Product works as expected. Don't have easy access to coat closet or rack so needed a place to hang my jacket. Cubicles are open concept so no walls to hang a hanger. Looked for a suitably strong magnetic hook that looked nice but would be amply strong enough to hold medium to heavy weight jacket that I could stick on my cabinet. This product has a nice polished finish and magnet is more than adequate to hang a coat without it sliding down a metallic surface.

Don't use the antiscratch stickers as the hangers will slowly slide off of them anyways and then you'll be left with a sticky residue on your magnets. The product itself looks beautiful and feels well made. I purchased this for my office but tested it out at home on the side of my refrigerator first. I was a little worried when the magnetic adhesion felt really weak on the refrigerator. On my steel office door though, the magnets stick so powerfully, it feels like it’s almost permanently stuck.

We use these to hang wreaths on our metal doors. Over time, the coat hooks may lose their magnetic strength. The magnetic adhesion is very strong, and they’ve yet to fail.

I wanted something I could hang my cpap hose and mask on and I have a shelf unit from IKEA that has steel plates on the front. I went to put one of these hooks on it and it almost startled me how strong the magnet was as it pulled itself out of my hand to land on the shelf. These are very useful. We put them on the inside of our front door, which is metal. They hold winter coats very nicely. FYI, though, they are not strong enough to hold two winter coats on one hook and will slide down.

This is my second order. They work great. I have them under my desk at work for hanging my keys, purse and lunch bag. Keeps them safely out of sight yet handy. Sturdy and nice looking.

These are the best! We don't have a coat rack, and the coat closet is near the front door that we never use, so I hung a few of these behind our main entry way. Big heavy winter coats hang easily without sliding down, and I've even hung kid's backpacks up with no problem. This is being used in my kitchen to hang pot holders and glove. It’s one of the strongest magnets I’ve owned. I’m sure that if I wanted to hang a heavier object this would have no problem holding it.

My screen door is a heavy metal security door with no clearance for wreath hooks at the top. This was a beautiful solution. These hooks are so sharp and so sturdy! I purchased this shelf that originally had traditional hooks that were quite sharp for hanging sweaters etc., (pressure points in the clothes). So I researched and found these awesome magnetic hooks which work perfect. They attach so secure right to the metal structure of this shelf. First off there is no way these have 140lbs of force, it can however lift a 10lbs iron weight fairly comfortably vertically it cannot handle 10lbs when being used like a coat hook unless you used the 3M adhesive pads included to hold it from sliding. That being said they were exactly what I needed to hang my headphones from the side of my metal desk and blend they in well in my office doing it.

This magnet is strong enough to hold kitchen towel on metal handle of oven. The magnet is easy to pull off because of the shape. These are not the strongest magnets of this size I've used, probably due to shape. The price is to high for these also but I needed ones that are easy to pull off and move around. Good for kitchen magent holding stuff to refrigerator like towels, pot holders etc.
