The nice wide elastic bands were comfortable and the clips looked robust. However, I am very active at work with a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching. The straps over the shoulders would not stay in place and kept slipping down my arms. I think this is because the sewn on joiner piece is placed too low on the back. Also, for being sturdy looking clips, they would unfasten with too much activity. I had to return my set since they just wouldn't work.
