Small series machine
This compact machine is well suited for small series. The shell should be frozen for at least eight hours. The machine is easy to use. It's not super strong, but it works adequately. Ice cream really benefits from a visit to the freezer. A soft serve is soft and I prefer a firmer one. I've experimented with keto ice cream and was pleased with the taste and texture. Easy to clean. Nice little unit.
