This star projector has beautiful colours, stars and wave patterns. We use it quietly in our bedroom at night. I love watching the patterns on the ceiling while falling asleep and when I wake up to go to the bathroom the colors help me fall asleep again quickly. Watching her keeps my mind from running and waking up. It needs to be plugged in, but that's not a problem for us. There is Bluetooth and very good sound. The remote lets you do things I haven't even figured out yet - to say it's universal is no exaggeration. You can make the waves sway with the music, or on your own—or silently, which is how we prefer it. (Though I synced to a Strauss waltz one night and it was great!) It also has plenty of settings so you can have the lights as bright or dim as you like. I've wanted something like this since I was a teenager and now I'm wondering why I've waited so long. I really love it!
