Review on ENERGYSOUND by Keith Wolff

I recently placed an order with ENERGYSOUND for a hand percussion instrument, however I had a really negative experience. The instrument had numerous dings and scratches when it was delivered, indicating that it had been mistreated or used previously. I requested a replacement and was given useless and rude comments when I phoned customer service. I spoke with a representative who seemed unconcerned with my problem and unwilling to do anything to fix it. I ended up spending almost as much money on the shipping and handling charges as I did on the instrument itself, which just made the situation worse. This gave the impression that the whole thing had been a waste of time and money. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for musical instruments or percussion to purchase from ENERGYSOUND. A frustrating and disappointing experience is created by their lack of care and consideration for their items, as well as by their unresponsive customer support and expensive rates.
