These glasses are better than no glasses and better than grocery store readers. They are well defined with no noticeable internal reflections. I use the multifocal aspect for different distances at my desk and desk. There are some reflections from inside objects behind me, but it's much better than grocery store readers. What I dislike the most is the distortion and the change in focus when I'm not looking through the center of the lens. At desk work, where I mostly look at the center and move my head, this isn't a big problem. But if I'm not looking at the center, the focus changes, and if I move my head but my eye keeps looking at the same point, the distortion becomes very noticeable. This doesn't bother me, but I wonder if multifocal readers prescribed by the doctor or optometrist are better. they will definitely be more expensive. So that's a good value for what they are.
