Follow the instructions carefully and you will have an amazing device to help you stop clenching your teeth or grinding your teeth in your sleep. I've been wearing night guards for over 30 years, all from my dentist. More comfortable than the NTI night shield, it fits over the top front teeth from left to right incisor and separates the molars so they don't meet at all. This is much better than appliances that cover all of the bottom teeth, or ones that are really cheap, thrown away, and offer little to no gripper or grinder support. Keep your molars separate so they don't break or wear down. My only complaint is that I wish it was a little less bulky. But it's totally convenient and I'm very glad I found this really useful piece of equipment for less than a tenth the cost of others at the dentist. and my dentist was even impressed!
