Pretty good good for the core
Like the other reviewer, I had issues with apples that weren't perfectly firm or the core was right in the middle. I need a new blade after only using it on 4 liters of applesauce. The wing nut is very stiff so I use needle nose pliers to adjust it. If I can get a new cutting blade, then I'll be fine. Can also replace screw and wing nut.
