Review on PeopleG2 by Will Rahman

The system is simple yet very effective at finding people with criminal backgrounds that are not on file within our organization, as well as locating other items of interest such as employment history or references if needed by clients we work for. I wish there was more information available regarding applicants who aren't currently employees. This can be frustrating when trying to provide additional services like unemployment benefits or insurance coverage due to this limitation. While searching through candidate profiles it would also benefit from being able to search past employee records too instead just current ones only (as far back as you want). There isn’t anything really wrong about using this tool but sometimes certain searches do come up empty compared to another employer's data set so make sure before making any decisions!
