These StaSoft gloves really are the best of both worlds. Very soft and very durable. Don't listen to stories about these gloves not being durable; If you get holes in these gloves after a few uses, the glove is not the problem (sorry). I hit 110 balls at the shooting range at least 2 times a week and play 18 balls at least every other week (hot/humid Florida weather) so they see quite a bit of use and abuse and yet the gloves last me at least 2 months. . This was delivered mid June and was in use straight away and still has no holes in my pocket although I would say it was time to replace it. For what it's worth, I would exclusively use the Footjoy Pure Touch gloves if it weren't for the fact that they're expensive and (made from Cabretta leather) don't last very long compared to StaSoft.
